location: the hotel was adjacent to gyeongbokgung & changdeokgung palace and central seoul. the rooms of the venue were outstanding and modern with great bathroom and comfortable bed and a tv. we had a relaxing time here and would stay here again.

Wonderful stay at Amass Hotel Insadong! The location was perfect, close to attractions and subway stations. The staff went above and beyond to help us, even picking us up at the bus stop. They also gave great tips on local dining. The hotel had a cozy, youthful vibe and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed this property - safe and peaceful hotel.
The setting was quite marvellous and fantastic within easy reach of Changdeokgung. The room was beautifully designed and new-fashioned had a comfortable decor. Everything was brand-new, nevertheless a few employees were not very helpful.
